WAYS TO ACHIEVE SQUATS.

Faster way to curvier tighter and perkier butt.Do squats and lots of them.Look hot from behind witb booty boosting exercises.
1.Basic squat.
Start with a standing position,feet,shoulder width apart and hands clasped in front of chest,elbow slightly bent.
2.Brace up.
Push your hipd and bend your knees.
3.Glute.
Kickback stand with your legs shoulder width apart ,sit back and squat .lift your legs straight behind keeping your hips square in return to the squat position
